Organizing a baby shower celebration can be a daunting task.  You need to define the list of guests.  You need to produce a theme, a date and a place,  print and send the invitations, and then plan the event itself.

Obviously, there is more to baby shower food than just a cake.  Virtually all of the time, snacks, tea, desserts and punches are served.  If you have male guests, barbecued or grilled food may be desirable. The men can bond and have some conversations while minding the grills.  In this way, everybody can take part in the special event for the expectant mother.
