I have written an article on my other blog http://www.myradicalblogs.com about the need for bloggers to unite and help each other out. Please read it if you have a moment.

Today I am asking any blogger who blogs in the genre of families, parenting, children or teens to join together to create a small team of bloggers who are willing to help each other. I am looking at a team of perhaps 10 or 12. If more than that join together, then we make a second team etc.

How would this work is fairly straight forward. First, we regularly visit our team members blogs and comment where appropriate - most of us are doing it now. Second, and this is important, instead of having each other linked in the blogroll, we link through writing in posts - and when we link we smart link - I will come back to that later. Finally, we digg, favor etc in the social blogosphere.

My idea for blog linking is quite involved but once you understand it, you will see that it is quite easy. If you are interested, I have started a forum topic. Please go in and have a read. If you are interested in joining, please leave your blog address and name (first name, nickname - so long as I can call you something :) )
